The Integrity of the Game

Our officiating organization is well-respected throughout the Eastern Kansas area. Our purpose is to improve the overall quality of fair competition and officiating by developing innovative training programs and offering the latest and greatest educational resources. We provide an organization where officials of all ages can network and promote their professionalism, integrity, and love of the game.

Officials are the only unbiased individuals involved in the game.  Our focus is not on who wins or loses.  Our focus is on conducting ourselves with dignity on and off the court, honoring accepted assignments, being on time out of respect for our crew mates and competitors, maintaining a professional appearance, enforcing the rules as written without prejudice, and staying current with the latest existing rules and mechanics.
